BRIQLY is a SaaS solution for turnkey renovation works, born from a diversification of CoCreata, a nationwide construction project management firm, under the startup Brain of Building. - Recruitment and management of the team (1 PM, 1 designer/PO, 3 devs)
- Contribution to the CII innovation tax credit application
- Technical solution architecture and hands-on software development, mainly on industrialization and the database (business modeling and implementation)
- As group CIO (25 people), implementation of software and hardware IT resources: email, AI & cross-functional tools, communication websites, MDM-managed computers and phones...

04/2022 – 01/2023 Head of Engineering
Within the Carso group, ITGA is a major player in laboratory analysis of building pollutants, with a business software publishing activity. My mission was to turn around this then-struggling activity, but a mid-course change of ownership shifted the objectives.
- Management of the software publishing activity (3 products, 50 people, €2.7M/year), overseeing employees and contractors (20/80 ratio)
- On the main product (40 people, 5 feature teams), definition and steering of a major transformation of industrialization and methodology to cut release times, costs and risks (deployment: 3-5 days to 2h)
- Following the group's change of ownership, wind-down of the software publishing business with all its implications (study of resale scenarios, planning of service shutdown, customer notification, termination of contractors, redeployment of employees with HR...), then audit and takeover of the supervision of software development activities across the group and definition of human and technical restructuring scenarios

01/2021 – 04/2022 Solutions architect
A deeptech startup launched in partnership with Renault around the Probe product, which, from a 3D part, finds similar parts and predicts its metadata and manufacturing processes. There from the company's first day, I laid the technical foundations of the solution and the team's working methodology.
- Support of the founders in the negotiation of the Renault partnership contract, driving proposals and acting as guarantor of technical and contractual commitments
- Contribution to the JEI, CII and CIR applications (French innovation schemes)
- Architecture of the overall technical solution as a cloud and on-premise SaaS with a distributed backend enabling inference on hundreds of thousands of 3D parts in parallel
- Full development of the backend and the industrialization chain
-

- Solution architecture, backend development, industrialization and run management
